Earlier this week I had Lofty Solutions board the entirety of my lift - a large one at 75m2. Lofty have been prompt in all communications and their team were fantastic; polite, accommodating, and efficient. Mess was kept to a minimum and I'm really happy with the result. Lofty Solution transformed a dirty, soot-covered, cluttered loft into a massive storage space in my 1900s home.

From the first point of contact, I was struck by their professionalism. They go above and beyond to listen to the customer's needs.

On the day of the work itself, the workmen reassured me every step of the way. Again, I was struck my professionalism. It was a big messy job (my roof is slate with no underlay, and there is a chimney no longer in use - in other words, there was lots of soot and dirt up there) but they were so clean and tidy!

What a polite, helpful, tidy business.

I am going to be using their services again for a few other jobs in the new year.

I rarely leave reviews but was so impressed from first point of contact till the installers left our home that I just have to leave a review. I can not recommend this company highly enough and have done so to many people since they carried out work at our home.

They installed a new loft hatch, blocking up the old one seamlessly. Boarded and shelved the loft after installing new insulation. Then installed a light in the loft and ladder.

They left no mess what so ever.
And the two lads who carried out the work were extremely courteous and friendly.

GREAT COMPANY. WOULD DEFINITELY RECCOMMEND.
