Really great service from Lofty Solution. Free survey and work completed within a matter of days from initial contact.The team that came to do the install were efficient, tidy and professional in explaining what they were doing and the steps they had taken to raise and install the flooring.The price was also very competitive and over £200 cheaper than the next best quote I've had.I would definitely recommend this team to anyone considering converting their loft space.

From Bill Bradshaw, Spennymoor, County Durham.We contacted Lofty Solution in 2019 after moving into our new four-bedroom property. It had a basic - but large - loft space that was unboarded (just joists and insulation). The loft hatch was similarly basic and quite narrow.After discussing our needs, Lofty Solution set about creating a larger hatch for ease of access - and to accommodate a sturdy loft-ladder that folds on itself within the parameters of the hatch.They also did a great job boarding out the entire loft area, creating a great, usable storage area. They were swift, efficient and clean, leaving no trace of dust/sawdust when they were finished.The end result is a great area that frees up storage room in our living/bedrooms.Our loft now hosts much of our luggage and excess furniture and also a large model railway layout. We could not be happier...we were delighted when it was done and remain delighted now - and our peace of mind is reinforced by Lofty Solution's lifetime guarantee.I could not recommend Lofty Solution more highly to anyone considering this type of work.Bill Bradshaw

The team did an excellent job boarding out the loft in my mid terrace property.The guys were highly professional and friendly as well as being very clean and tidy. The job was carried out within the quoted time frame and the price was very reasonable.100% would recommend.
